Financial Controller (M&A Focus) – Hybrid | Tech Consulting Firm
We’re a mid-size, privately held consulting firm focused on helping clients navigate the fast-changing world of technology and data solutions. As we continue to grow — both organically and through acquisitions — we’re looking for a hands-on Financial Controller who thrives in a dynamic environment and brings real M&A experience to the table.
What You’ll Do
- :Lead daily accounting operations (AP, AR, payroll, GL) and ensure timely, accurate reporting
- .Drive buy- and sell-side due diligence for potential acquisitions — manage data rooms, prep financials, and partner with advisors
- .Support integration of acquired entities and build scalable processes as we expand
- .Provide financial insights and reporting directly to the CEO to guide strategic decisions
- .Strengthen internal controls, budgets, and forecasting models to support growth
