About Toycycle:
Toycycle.co is a mission-driven company leading the way in sustainable toy recommerce. Through our ReNew & RePlay Movement, we aim to reduce toy waste by extending the life cycle of toys and promoting a circular economy in the toy industry. We're looking for a dynamic Senior Manager of Partnerships to help us build lasting relationships with toy brands and retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and establish strategic partnerships with toy brands and retailers to support the ReNew & RePlay Movement.
Develop and execute a partnership strategy that aligns with Toycycle’s sustainability goals and business objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to launch partnership initiatives.
Drive the growth of Toycycle’s trade-in, overstock, and returns management programs by working directly with partners.
Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and shifts to identify potential new partners.
Track performance metrics of partnerships and present regular updates to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic account management, preferably in the toy or retail industries.
Proven ability to develop and manage relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Passionate about sustainability and reducing environmental impact.
