Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support recruitment activities by sourcing, screening, and shortlisting potential candidates.
2. Assist in onboarding and engagement initiatives for interns, volunteers, and team members.
3. Conduct research on organizational psychology, employee engagement, and HR practices.
4. Maintain recruitment databases, prepare reports, and contribute to various HR related projects.
