70% of India's Civil Court cases are property disputes. INR 2 lakh crore of real estate is frozen yearly because nobody can verify who owns what. Ask your family, and you will hear the stories.

The government has tried fixing this for 30 years and failed. We are not trying to replace them. We are building a verification layer on top of their broken data - exactly what CIBIL did for fragmented banking data.

BhuMe is building that source of truth. We operate at the messy collision point between land records, ownership, transactions, maps, field reality, government data, and trust in India. This internship is for someone who is genuinely interested in solving this puzzle. We’re looking for someone excited by real-world complexity, not just clean, well-scoped problems.

• Stipend: ₹25,000/ month to 50,000/ month
• Mode: In-person, Bangalore
• Duration: 2-6 months (PPO for outstanding performance)

What We Look For:

• Slope over intercept: Come in with energy and capacity for growth, and we will throw you as much rope as you're willing to catch
• Comically fast: Customer has a crazy feature request? Spot it, ship within 12 hours and get back to the customer. Without a single meeting. For the love of the game.
• Stepping on toes encouraged: You don't need permission to operate in a different functional area than your own, or on a different product/ platform. And there isn't red tape. We encourage engineers do product, design and ops work. Or Product, ops, designers ship features and jam on architecture. Everyone does whatever gets the job done for customers faster - and people aren't precious or territorial about it.
• Humble: Everyone knows our customers are the ones moving the needle - all the way from local builders and developers to the people running factories. And that BhuMe's contribution is to give them peace of mind. Strong filter for low-ego: everyone is service-minded.
