✔ End-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening & onboarding
✔ Employee records, HR documentation & compliance
✔ Payroll coordination & attendance management
✔ Drive employee engagement initiatives & HR events
✔ Support performance appraisal & workforce planning

🚀 Business Development Executive
✔ Identify & develop new business opportunities — domestic & international
✔ Generate leads via LinkedIn, cold outreach & networking
✔ Prepare proposals, presentations & commercial pitches
✔ Build and manage long-term client relationships
✔ Meet monthly & quarterly revenue targets

📣 Marketing Executive
✔ Plan & execute digital campaigns on LinkedIn, Instagram & beyond
✔ Create engaging content — posts, graphics, articles & reels
✔ Manage Vagmine's social media presence & grow brand followers
✔ Run email marketing campaigns & lead generation activities
✔ Track campaign performance & report on KPIs

✔ MBA / BBA in relevant field or equivalent qualification
✔ Strong communication & interpersonal skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Office tools
