Appointment Setting Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated Appointment Setting Specialist to help generate qualified meetings for our sales team through email outreach, lead nurturing, and follow-up communications.

Position Overview

As an Appointment Setting Specialist, your primary responsibility is to engage prospective clients, follow up with leads, and schedule product demonstrations for our Sales Team. This is not a closing role. Your success will be measured by the number and quality of appointments booked.

** Key Responsibilities**

• Conduct outbound email outreach to targeted prospects.
• Follow up with leads generated through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, website inquiries, and marketing campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through consistent communication.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
• Schedule product demonstrations and consultations for the Sales Team.
• Maintain accurate records of all activities and communications within the CRM.
• Track lead engagement and ensure timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates.
• Manage email sequences and follow-up campaigns.
• Identify potential opportunities and nurture prospects until they are ready for a demo.

** Requirements**

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong email communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in appointment setting, lead generation, customer service, or sales support is preferred.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Experience with B2B outreach is an asset.
• Experience with healthcare, legal, SaaS, or AI-related services is an asset.
