Technical Co-Founder / Founding CTO

ExecHaus is building the retained executive search marketplace for modern companies — connecting businesses with vetted, elite executive recruiters who specialize in leadership hiring.

We are looking for a Technical Co-Founder / Founding CTO to own product and engineering from the ground up. This is an early-stage co-founder opportunity for someone who wants to build, shape, and scale a marketplace company from zero.

The ideal partner is a full-stack builder with strong product instincts, marketplace or SaaS experience, and the ability to move quickly from concept to MVP. You should be comfortable building scrappy, testing fast, and helping turn a strong market insight into a scalable platform.

You will lead the technical strategy, build the initial product, make architecture decisions, and work closely with the founder on product direction, user experience, automation, AI/search features, and long-term platform vision.

This is an equity-first co-founder opportunity, not a traditional salaried role at launch. The right partner will receive meaningful founding equity, with salary added once ExecHaus is funded, revenue-generating, or financially established.
