Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic EPC Sales Engineer to manage and grow relationships with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) firms. This role is responsible for identifying and developing sales opportunities, supporting technical solution development, and ensuring successful project execution from concept through delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key EPC firms across utility, renewable, and industrial markets.
Identify project opportunities and position Virginia Transformer as the preferred transformer supplier.
Interpret technical specifications and work with internal teams to develop tailored solutions.
Prepare and present technical proposals, bids, and pricing packages.
Lead or support technical and commercial negotiations with EPC partners and end users.
Coordinate with engineering, project management, and manufacturing teams to ensure on-time and quality execution.
Track market developments, project pipelines, and competitor activity.
Represent the company at customer meetings, site visits, industry events, and trade shows.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master’s degree a plus.
Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience, ideally in power systems, transformers, or electrical equipment.
Proven ability to develop business with EPC firms and drive complex sales cycles.
Deep understanding of transformer products, applications, and industry standards (e.g., IEEE, ANSI).
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment.
Willingness and ability to travel 50–70%.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in utility-scale renewable projects or industrial EPC environments.
Technical background in power transformers, substations, or electrical engineering.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales forecasting.
