About the Role
We are looking for a motivated NLP Intern to join our team remotely from anywhere in Türkiye. This internship is designed for final-year university students or recent graduates who have foundational knowledge in NLP/LLMs and have already experimented with these technologies in personal or academic projects.
This is a 4-week unpaid internship program, after which strong performers will have the opportunity to transition into a paid part-time or full-time role.

During the program, you will work on real, production-oriented AI tasks, including:

Annotating mortgage-related documents to support domain adaptation
Testing and evaluating our existing AI products to help improve accuracy and overall quality
Improving document data extraction performance through prompt engineering experiments
Training models for document classification as part of our core NLP pipeline

You will collaborate with our engineering team, gain exposure to real-world AI challenges, and directly contribute to product improvements used by enterprise customers.

Collaboration & Impact
During the internship, you will:

Work closely with our AI and engineering teams through remote collaboration
Contribute directly to product quality and model performance
Participate in async discussions, reviews, and stand-ups
See your work influence real production systems used by enterprise customers

Requirements

Final-year university student or recent graduate in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or related field
Good command of written and spoken English (a portion of the interview will be conducted in English)
Basic hands-on experience with NLP, LLMs, and prompt engineering (academic or personal projects)
Strong Python fundamentals
Ability to work remotely and collaborate asynchronously
Curiosity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
Availability for a 4-week unpaid internship program

Nice to Have

Prior experience with model evaluation and quality testing
Familiarity with document processing, OCR, or data extraction workflows
Experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face)
Previous work with annotation tools or dataset preparation
Understanding of RAG, embeddings, or text classification techniques
