Instead of traditional employment, members of the syndicate form small teams and execute strategic and operational initiatives for growing companies.

The Role

We are recruiting Creative AI Operators to join the syndicate.

This is not a conventional business role.

We are looking for unusual thinkers who can use AI creatively to help companies see new possibilities, solve hard problems, and approach their work in ways they may not have considered before.

You might come from business, design, art, music, writing, philosophy, psychology, education, research, science, engineering, media, theater, therapy, anthropology, gaming, mythology, or some strange combination that does not fit neatly on a resume.

That is the point.

We are interested in people who can look at a business problem and ask better questions. People who can bring unexpected patterns, metaphors, tools, frameworks, stories, prompts, experiments, or prototypes into the room. People who can use AI not just to automate a task, but to unlock a different way of thinking.

Members participate as independent contractors and work on projects based on their strengths, interests, and availability.

Projects may include:

• Helping companies think differently about strategy, customers, products, operations, or growth
• Using AI to generate creative options, prototypes, concepts, experiments, or scenarios
• Bringing ideas from unexpected disciplines into business problem-solving
• Designing unusual ways to explain, test, visualize, or reframe a challenge
• Helping teams break out of stale assumptions or default thinking
• Creating prompts, workflows, concepts, artifacts, or tools that expand what a team can see or do
• Working with small teams to solve ambiguous, high-impact problems

All work is remote and organized around small project teams assembled from within the syndicate.

Who We’re Looking For

We are not looking for conventional resumes.

We are looking for original thinkers, creative operators, pattern recognizers, and unconventional problem-solvers.

People who thrive in this environment often:

• See patterns, metaphors, and possibilities quickly
• Can turn strange ideas into useful experiments

• Have made, built, taught, studied, performed, researched, designed, written, coded, sold, or explored something deeply

Backgrounds may include art, music, design, writing, film, philosophy, psychology, therapy, education, science, research, engineering, entrepreneurship, consulting, product, marketing, operations, or other creative and analytical environments.

You do not need to fit a standard startup profile.

We are especially interested in people who have unusual combinations of experience and can use those combinations to create practical value.

What This Is Not

• This is not a role for people who only want to use AI to make generic content faster.
• This is not about flooding the internet with low-quality automation.
• This is not about replacing human judgment with tools.

This is about using AI as a creative amplifier for human intelligence.

Flexibility

We understand that many talented people are currently searching for their next full-time role. Participation in the syndicate is intentionally flexible.

Some members may contribute part-time while exploring full-time opportunities. Others may participate in multiple projects over time.

Our goal is to create meaningful opportunities for talented people while building something new together.

Compensation is project-based and varies depending on scope, role, and client engagement.
