Instead of traditional employment, members of the syndicate form small teams and execute strategic and operational initiatives for growing companies.

Location: Remote

The Role

We are recruiting Strategy & Operations Leads to join the syndicate.

Members participate as independent contractors and work on projects based on their strengths, interests, and availability.

Projects may include:

• Solving operational or strategic challenges for growing companies
• Designing better workflows, systems, or processes
• Conducting research and analysis to support business decisions
• Working with small teams to execute high-impact initiatives
• Using modern tools, including AI, to increase speed and leverage

All work is remote and organized around small project teams assembled from within the syndicate.

Flexibility

We understand that many talented people are currently searching for their next full-time role. Participation in the syndicate is intentionally flexible.

Some members may contribute part-time while exploring full-time opportunities. Others may participate in multiple projects over time.

Compensation is project-based and varies depending on scope, role, and client engagement.
