About the Role

We are looking for a Software Engineer who enjoys solving complex problems at scale and building products that directly impact thousands of patient interactions.

You will work on cloud-native applications, real-time voice AI systems, and automation platforms that power critical healthcare workflows. This role offers the opportunity to design and build intelligent systems leveraging speech recognition, conversational AI, and large-scale distributed services.

You'll collaborate closely with product, operations, and implementation teams while helping shape engineering best practices and system architecture.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications using AWS and modern cloud technologies.
• Build and optimize real-time voice AI solutions integrating speech-to-text, text-to-speech, NLP, and conversational AI technologies.
• Develop backend services and APIs that support patient-facing workflows.
• Improve system reliability, observability, and performance through monitoring and automation.
• Create automated testing strategies and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-impact product improvements.
• Ensure security, compliance, and accessibility standards are maintained across applications.

What We're Looking For

Required

• Strong software engineering experience building production applications.
• Experience with Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience building cloud-native systems using AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and scalable architectures.
• Experience working in regulated or compliance-focused environments (healthcare, fintech, government, etc.).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with voice AI technologies such as Whisper, Amazon Polly, DeepSpeech, Rasa, Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, or similar platforms.
• Experience with low-latency, real-time systems.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other enterprise platforms.
• Experience with healthcare technology, EHRs, or healthcare operations.
• Experience deploying AI-powered applications into production.
