Location: Silicon Valley, New York, Seattle, San Francisco, or Santa Monica (Hybrid)
Compensation: $21 - $25 per hour

Key Role Information
Our client is seeking motivated IT Interns to support various functions within their Information Technology department. This internship provides hands-on exposure to enterprise IT operations, cybersecurity, technical support, AI-driven workflow automation, and technical training initiatives.

The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field and is eager to gain real-world experience in a professional environment.

This opportunity offers valuable exposure to enterprise systems, operational workflows, emerging technologies, and cross-functional collaboration while working alongside experienced IT professionals.

Responsibilities
Service Desk & AV Support
• Assist with day-to-day service desk operations
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Support conference room technology and AV systems
• Help resolve end-user technical requests
• Assist with IT equipment setup and maintenance

Solutions & Automation
• Support AI prompting and workflow experimentation
• Assist teams in utilizing generative AI tools effectively
• Help document processes and automation initiatives
• Support implementation of security and confidentiality best practices
• Participate in workflow improvement projects

Cybersecurity
• Assist with security alert monitoring
• Support incident response activities
• Perform verification and validation tasks
• Help maintain cybersecurity documentation
• Participate in security awareness initiatives

Technical Training & Learning
• Assist with digital learning projects
• Help create training materials and documentation
• Support development of internal learning resources

Qualifications
• Currently enrolled in a college or university degree program
• Interest in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, AI, or Technical Support
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills
• Strong attention to detail
