Language AI Trainer - Japanese

About the Role

OpSquad Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Japanese Language Professionals (B2 level or above) to join our AI data training team. In this role, you will help improve AI systems by reviewing, annotating, and validating language data.

Responsibilities

Review and analyze Japanese language data for AI training.
Perform data annotation and labeling tasks.
Ensure accuracy, linguistic correctness, and contextual relevance.
Follow detailed annotation guidelines and workflows.
Identify and flag inconsistencies in datasets.
Collaborate with the project team to improve dataset quality.
Requirements

B2 or higher proficiency in Japanese
Strong reading and comprehension skills
Good attention to detail
Ability to follow complex guidelines
Comfortable working with online tools and datasets
Reliable internet connection and laptop
Preferred Qualifications

Degree or certification in Japanese language
Prior experience in translation, linguistic review, or annotation
Experience with AI/ML data projects
