WingVision is seeking a commercially driven Co-Founder/CEO to spearhead the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, fundraising, and enterprise pilot pipeline for our advanced digital forensics ecosystem.

The Product & Traction
The core engineering risk of our platform is completely solved. Our core engine unifies live triage and direct forensic image parsing, natively analyzing deep-level Windows artifacts directly on endpoints without cloud reliance. Backed by thousands of organic downloads and a dedicated community hub ("Eye Describe Anatomy"), the technical foundation is incredibly solid.

What We Are Building Now
We are actively building the enterprise version, Crow-Eye Sentinel, a distributed tier designed for enterprise deployment across thousands of endpoints. As the CEO, you will take 100% ownership of the commercial wrapper and business growth, allowing the technical founder to focus entirely on completing and scaling the product architecture.

Core Responsibilities:

Corporate Structuring: Lead and execute the complete US corporate formation from the ground up (e.g., establishing a Delaware C-Corp or a D.C.-based corporate presence). You will architect the legal entity, handle cap table structuring, and ensure full global enterprise and venture-readiness compliance.
Secure Early Enterprise Pilots: Target and close upcoming pilot deployments with enterprise SOC teams and CISOs to validate the enterprise version as it nears completion.

Fundraising & Capital: Design the strategic fundraising roadmap and lead outreach to secure our initial pre-seed/seed funding rounds.

GTM Strategy: Architect the commercial, pricing, and licensing frameworks specifically tailored for rapid market penetration in the United States and Europe.

Corporate Structuring: Oversee international corporate setup (e.g., US Delaware C-Corp) to ensure full global enterprise compliance.
