Sr. Business Process Consultant — ServiceNow Finance & Supply Chain (Source-to-Pay)

FourDragons is hiring a Sr. Business Process Consultant to lead customer engagements on the ServiceNow Finance & Supply Chain (Source-to-Pay) and Contract Operations product lines — SPO, SLO, APO, Finance Case Management, LSD, and Contract Management.

Remote, US. 1099 contract. Up to 50% travel.

THE ROLE

You are the functional and process expert on customer delivery teams — translating business requirements into ServiceNow configuration (configuration first, not customization), running design workshops, owning user stories end to end, and driving customers from current state to a clean, configured future state.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Serve as process expert for Finance, Supply Chain, Source-to-Pay, Legal, and Contracting departments using ServiceNow best practices
• - Lead process definition, re-engineering, gap analysis, and design workshops with customer sponsors and SMEs
• - Own the lifecycle of all user stories — drafting persona-based stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategy, and knowledge transfer
• - Guide customers through business requirement workbooks for functional aspects of the solution
• - Support internal unit testing alongside Technical Consultants and drive customer UAT
• - Prepare all customer-facing process deliverables
• - Mentor other members of the ServiceNow delivery team and partner ecosystem
• - Support sales activities when needed

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years consulting for complex, global organizations in Finance, Supply Chain, Source-to-Pay, Legal, or Contracting operations/technology
• - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Finance & Supply Chain Solutions — minimally SPO, preferably SLO and/or APO
• - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) — required
• - Sourcing & Procurement Operations (SPO) Accreditation — required
• - SLP, APO, and/or LSD Accreditation preferred
• - Strong understanding of leading S2P / Finance / Legal systems: SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Oracle Procurement Cloud
• - Proven ability to convert business requirements into configuration requirements via Agile user stories
• - Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong Visio / Word / PowerPoint skills

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• - Legal Service Delivery Accreditation
• - Experience with Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS)

• 1099 contract, hourly. Rates competitive with top ServiceNow partner pay for Sr. BPCs in this product line.
