Cofounder

This is a remote heavy equity/minmal cash role for a Founding Engineer/Cofounder. The Founding Engineer will be responsible for architecting, designing, and developing the core platform, ensuring its scalability and robustness. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with the founding team to bring the product vision to life, writing clean and efficient code, and leading end-to-end product development. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on contribution to create innovative solutions.

Qualifications

Proficiency in software development, including programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java Experience with full-stack development using frameworks like React, Angular, or Node.js Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployments (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) Proven ability to design scalable and efficient software architectures Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and data modeling Problem-solving mindset with excellent debugging and testing skills Proven leadership experience or interest in growing technical teams Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative startup environment Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field Experience in building products for startups or familiarity with the entrepreneurial ecosystem is a plus
