PronNet Capital is seeking a talented and motivated Junior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an emerging design professional to contribute to the creation of innovative digital experiences that support our business objectives and enhance customer engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Technology, Marketing, and Business Operations, to design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile platforms. The ideal applicant possesses a strong design foundation, a passion for solving user problems, and the ability to translate complex requirements into elegant and functional design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs, and product requirements.
Design user-centered digital experiences through wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Create visually compelling and consistent user interfaces aligned with PronNet Capital’s brand standards.
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability evaluations to identify opportunities for product improvement.
Support the development and maintenance of design systems, component libraries, and UI standards.
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications and seamless user experiences.
Participate in design reviews and contribute creative solutions to product and business challenges.
Analyze user feedback and performance metrics to continuously optimize digital products.
Stay informed about emerging UI/UX trends, technologies, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
Up to 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, including internships, freelance work, or academic projects.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent platforms.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and modern interface design practices.
Demonstrated ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design methodologies.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
