Founding Product & GTM Associate, Legal Readiness

OmInsights is hiring one Founding Product and GTM Associate, Legal Readiness.

This is an early product-and-go-to-market role for someone who can speak with lawyers, run demos, capture real workflow pain, and turn customer conversations into better product decisions. It is not a traditional legal associate role and not a pure sales role.

You will work directly with the founder on the first controlled India beta for OmInsights, a legal matter intelligence platform focused on matter readiness for Indian litigation teams.

What you will do:

• Speak with solo practitioners, small law firms, litigation chambers, and legal teams in India.
• Explain OmInsights in practical lawyer language.
• Run short product demos for beta prospects.
• Capture hearing-preparation workflows: CNR checks, order review, file review, missing documents, client updates, and follow-up tasks.
• Maintain clean CRM notes across lead source, reply status, demo status, objections, next steps, and feedback.
• Summarize customer feedback into product notes the founding team can act on.
• Improve demo scripts, outreach copy, onboarding notes, and feedback loops.
• Follow ethical outreach rules: public contacts only, respectful follow-up, opt-outs honored, and no scraped personal data.

What helps you succeed:

• Strong communication and disciplined follow-up.
• Comfort speaking with lawyers and professional-service customers.
• Legal, legal operations, paralegal, legal process, SaaS customer success, or early-stage GTM experience.
• Telugu, Hindi, and English are helpful for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana outreach.
• Basic technical comfort with web app demos and clear issue reporting.
• Startup ownership mindset: learn quickly, improve the script, and keep clean notes.

Compensation:
Six-week paid trial: INR 60,000-90,000 total, depending on profile and availability.
Post-trial: INR 6-10 LPA plus equity discussion, depending on fit, scope, and legal/entity structure readiness.
