Roles & Responsibilities

• Requirements Elicitation: Lead workshops and interviews with stakeholders to elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements.
• KPI Definition: Work closely with data stakeholders to define, document, and gain consensus on accurate KPI definitions that will drive product success and reporting.
• Documentation & Maintenance: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and requirement traceability matrices.
• Validation: Support the Test Engineer and development team by validating that the implemented solution meets the defined acceptance criteria.

Required Skill Set

• 10+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst in a software or data-centric environment.
• Proven ability to define and document precise KPI definitions and business
• Experience in Snowflake, its features & ETL in Snowflake platform.
• Ability to interact with business C level stakeholders and handle change management.
• Excellent technical writing skills and proficiency in producing high-quality project documentation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to interface effectively between business and technical teams
