Change Management Specialist

📍 Location: Johannesburg, South Africa
🏢 Work Mode: Hybrid (Minimum 3 days on-site per week)
📄 Contract Role | 12 Month Contract (Totally Extendable)

💡 What You'll Do:
✔ Lead enterprise change and transformation initiatives
✔ Drive stakeholder engagement and executive alignment
✔ Conduct organizational impact and readiness assessments
✔ Build and manage Change Champion Networks
✔ Design communication, awareness, and adoption campaigns
✔ Drive business readiness, training, and user adoption
✔ Measure transformation success through adoption and business outcomes

🎯 What We're Looking For:
✅ 5–8+ years of Change Management experience
✅ PROSCI / ADKAR / ACMP / CCMP / SAFe Agile Certification
✅ Strong experience in Digital Transformation and Organizational Change
✅ Executive Stakeholder Management expertise
✅ Passion for helping people and organizations embrace change
