Lead Designer

Key responsibilities include:

• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Set project design schedules and coordinate milestones.
• Lead BIM coordination and internal clash detection.
• Manage Navisworks, CAD, and Revit project setup.
• Produce fabrication views and MAJ files for sheet metal shop.
• Coordinate with project managers, support designers, and third-party resources.
• Track design progress and communicate schedule impacts.
• Generate model-based reports including BOMs and labor reports.
• Review support designer work before release.
• Support project coordination meetings and RFI processes.
• Some knowledge of mechanical/plumbing systems.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and CAD platforms.

Ideal candidates: Will have strong BIM coordination experience.
