Chief Operating Officer

ByteStrike is building a regulated, blockchain-native perpetual futures exchange for GPU compute pricing. We're a small, fast-moving team backed by audited infrastructure and a clear regulatory path, and we're looking for a COO to be the operational backbone of the company as we move toward launch.
This is a high-autonomy role with real ownership. You'll work directly alongside the founder, with the latitude to shape how the company runs rather than inheriting someone else's playbook. You'll own how the company operates day to day — vendors, treasury, internal processes, and the systems that keep everything running — and partner with the founder on strategy, fundraising, and the decisions that shape the business. As a senior officer in our licensing process, you'll work alongside experienced counsel, and as we scale you'll grow and lead the operating team, building the culture and structure you'd want to work in.
You'll thrive here if you've operated inside a regulated digital-asset exchange, derivatives venue, or comparable financial-markets business, as a COO, Head of Operations, or Head of Compliance, and have seen a financial regulator's licensing process up close. The best fit is someone who likes building infrastructure early, when their decisions actually set the direction, and who enjoys the pace and openness of a pre-launch company where the role is what you make it.
