About Pazy
Pazy is building the financial operating system for businesses — bill pay, procurement, reimbursements, UPI & card payments, payouts, and treasury,
all in one place. We're scaling fast across multiple product lines, and operations is where the rubber meets the road.
Why this role exists
My PMs are heads-down on their product lines. I need someone who can move fast across the surface area — spot what's broken in ops, support,
onboarding, and NPS, and fix it (often by automating it) rather than just writing it up. In the process you'll get an unfiltered look at our users,
their real problems, and how the business actually works. This is the fastest way to learn product I know.
What you'll do
- Jump into the messiest ops, support, onboarding, and NPS workflows and make them faster; usually by automating the repetitive parts
- Build small tools, scripts, and AI-driven workflows to take grunt work off the team's plate
- Sit close to customers: triage support, drive onboarding, dig into why NPS detractors are unhappy, and turn that into fixes
- Translate ground-truth from users into clear problems for the product teams
- Own outcomes end-to-end — you find it, you fix it, you measure it
Who you are
- AI-first by default — you reach for LLMs, agents, and automation tools naturally
- Quick on your feet, biased to action, comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities
- Genuinely curious about users, problems, and how a business runs — you want to learn, not just execute
- Scrappy and resourceful; you'd rather ship a rough fix today than a perfect plan next month
- Strong communicator, comfortable talking to customers directly
Proof of work
Show me something real — this matters more to me than your resume:
- Projects you've built or shipped (tools, automations, AI workflows, side projects)
- Unique insights — something you noticed about a product, market, or user that others missed
- Hard problems you've solved, and how you cracked them
- Internship or work experience where you owned a meaningful outcome
Logistics
- 100-day internship, full-time, in-office in Bangalore
- A clear path to a full-time role for the right person — do great work over the 100 days and we convert you
- You'll work directly with me and across all our product lines
To apply
Email me at [email protected] with your CV and some proof of work — something you've built, automated, or analysed. Polish doesn't matter;
how you think and what you can ship does.
