About Hypotenuse Analytics

Hypotenuse Analytics is building an AI-powered monitoring and intelligence platform across three critical domains:

• Structural Health Monitoring (SHM): Infrastructure intelligence using IoT sensors + satellite data
  
• Surveillance Intelligence: Real-time video analytics and anomaly detection
  
• Synthetic Media Detection: Deepfake and identity fraud detection for KYC, enterprises, and media verification

Our mission is to deliver the shortest path between complex signals and operational truth. We are a seed-stage company preparing to launch our first pilots in 2026, with the ambition to build a category-defining applied AI company.

The Role: Founding Partner / Co-Founder

We are looking for a mission-driven co-founder who will join as a true equity partner and help shape the company from its earliest stages. This is not a job — it is a founder seat.

You should bring deep domain expertise in at least one of our core areas combined with strong industry relationships that can accelerate customer acquisition, pilots, partnerships, and credibility.

What You Will Own

Strategic Leadership

• Co-define product roadmap, vision, and go-to-market strategy
• Shape positioning for enterprise and government sectors
• Work closely with the existing founding team to build a world-class company

Industry Access & Growth

• Leverage and expand relationships with key stakeholders (infrastructure firms, smart city programs, security companies, banks, regulators, and government bodies)
• Lead pilot deployments and strategic partnerships
• Represent the company externally with customers, investors, and partners

Product & Domain Excellence

• Provide deep domain guidance on Structural Health Monitoring, Computer Vision, Surveillance, or Deepfake Detection
• Validate use cases and ensure strong product-market fit
• Help prioritize technical development based on real customer needs

Fundraising & Scaling

• Bring credibility to investor conversations
• Support transition from pilots → revenue → scaled growth

Ideal Profile

You have strong expertise in one or more of the following:

• Structural Health Monitoring, Civil Infrastructure, or Smart Cities
• Computer Vision / Video Analytics / Surveillance Technology
• Deepfake Detection, Fraud Prevention, KYC, or Identity Verification

And a robust industry network across:

• Infrastructure & construction companies
• Smart city initiatives and government departments
• Defense / Security sector
• Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI)
• Telecom, enterprise, or research institutions

Mindset & Experience:

• Previous founder, exited founder, or senior leader with entrepreneurial experience
• Proven ability to operate in ambiguity and make high-stakes decisions
• Builder mentality with strong execution bias
• High integrity and long-term orientation
