We're Hiring: Founding Senior BDM – US Market (Guwahati, On-site)

Geekynd is building the next generation of remote operations teams for US businesses — customer support, virtual assistants, and backend operations for startups, agencies, and SMBs.

We have the service. We have the systems. We have the website.

Now we need someone to own US revenue from the ground up.

This is NOT a regular BDM role.

This is a founding revenue seat. You'll build the outbound engine, close the first US clients yourself, then hire and lead the team under you.

Location: Guwahati, Assam (On-site only — please apply only if you can work from our Guwahati office)

What you'll own:

Build the outbound stack (Apollo, Smartlead, Sales Navigator, HubSpot/Zoho)
Run cold email + LinkedIn campaigns to US prospects
Take discovery + closing calls with US founders directly
Close $1K–$10K/month retainer deals
Build playbooks, scripts, and CRM systems
Hire and lead 2–3 SDRs within 6 months
Set up inbound funnel alongside outbound
You're a fit if you have:

4–7 years selling B2B services to US clients (outsourcing, BPO, staffing, SaaS, or agency services)
Personal closing track record — actual numbers, actual deals
Hands-on with modern outbound tools
Comfortable on US calls (accent neutral, willing to work US-overlap hours when needed)
Built or worked closely with SDR/BDR teams
Based in Guwahati OR willing to relocate to Guwahati
Bonus points if:

Background in outsourcing, BPO, or remote staffing
Existing US network or warm connections
Sold $1K–$10K/month retainer services before
You're NOT a fit if:

Your experience is mostly Indian/APAC market
You've only generated leads but never personally closed
You want a "safe corporate" salary with weak variable
You're looking for remote or hybrid work (we're on-site only at this stage)
Compensation:

Fixed monthly as per the experience.
Recurring commission: 5–10% on closed MRR (12 months per client)
Quarterly performance bonuses
ESOP discussion for outperformers after 12 months
Realistic earning: Close $15K MRR → earn ~₹1L/month in commission alone, on top of fixed.
