Inventory Reconciliation Analyst

We are seeking a versatile Reconciliation Analyst for one of our customers to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine analytical knowledge with operational insight to manage and analyse channel data, including point of sale (POS) systems, inventory management, and multi-tier distribution channels.

Requirements

• Support the Channel Data Team, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales departments with quantitative analysis of various internal and external data sources, including reported POS, channel inventory, and sales orders.
• Data Management: Oversee the integration, organization, and accuracy of channel data, including POS and inventory information. Ensure data consistency and reliability across systems.
• Define appropriate metrics, calculations, and dashboards to create transparency and actionable insights.
• Analyse, mine, and extract data.
• Create and prioritize process improvement plans.
• Communicate reconciliation results, findings, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to facilitate effective collaboration.
• Liaise with external partners and vendors for daily follow-ups and activities.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and resolve discrepancies identified during reconciliation processes.

• 1-2 years of experience in business analytics, supply chain, or channel data management is mandatory.
