Team Lead - Fullstack

About the Role

We're looking for a Full Stack Lead Developer who combines deep technical expertise with the ability to lead and inspire a team. You'll take ownership of system architecture, guide developers, and build scalable products that make a real difference — working across the full stack with modern technologies.

This role requires someone who is hands-on, takes ownership, and can drive execution through the team while contributing to complex technical decisions.

What You'll Do Lead & Mentor

• Guide a team of developers through code reviews, technical decisions, and day-to-day development
• Mentor junior engineers and help them grow through structured feedback and support
• Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement

Architect & Design

• Design scalable, secure, and efficient systems from the ground up
• Make key architecture decisions and define technical direction
• Translate requirements into robust technical solutions and communicate clearly across stakeholders

Build & Ship

1. Develop and maintain full-stack applications using TypeScript, React.js, and related technologies
2. Work with PostgreSQL and Redis for data storage and caching
3. Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and reliability
4. Stay hands-on and contribute to solving complex technical problems

What You Bring

1. 6 - 8+ years of experience in full-stack development
2. Strong proficiency in TypeScript/Python and React.js (or similar frameworks)
3. Solid experience across frontend and backend systems
4. Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and Redis
5. Proven ability to lead teams and deliver projects end-to-end
6. Strong understanding of system design and scalable architectures
7. Ability to stay hands-on while leading a team (Team Size of 4 - 5 people preferred)
8. Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Points

Experience with DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
