Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize workflows on Monday.com
• Configure boards, dashboards, automations, and integrations
• Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
• Integrate Monday.com with third-party applications and APIs
• Improve operational efficiency through workflow automation
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize platform performance

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Monday.com
• Experience in workflow automation and process optimization
• Knowledge of API integrations and automation tools
• Understanding of business process mapping
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
