Founder's Office (Growth Associate)

We are building the future of pet care at Zubo. As an early team member in the Founder’s Office, you will work directly alongside our Growth Lead and Founders to shape our operations from the ground up. This is a highly varied, fast-paced role that sits at the absolute center of our execution.

What You'll Drive

• Growth & Sales: Connecting with pet parents to find the right fit for their pets.
• Partnerships & Community: Collaborating with vets, groomers, trainers, walkers, and others.
• Operations: Creating tracking dashboards, fixing logistics bottlenecks, and setting up workflows.
• Customer Care: Being the reassuring, calm voice for parents who trust us with their loved pets.

We're looking for someone: who's genuinely excited about pets, wants to be part of building something from the ground up, and is energised by variety rather than exhausted by it. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.

Few Things Worth Knowing

• Our office is in HSR Layout, Bengaluru
• You'll need a bike or car to get around Bengaluru. We cover fuel expenses.
• Kannada is a big plus. Strong written and spoken English is essential.
• This role begins as a 3-month contract. If it's a great fit on both sides, it moves to a full-time role with benefits.
