ServiceNow HRSD Business Process Consultant

Four Dragons is hiring a ServiceNow HRSD Business Process Consultant (BPC) to lead the functional and process side of remote HRSD implementation engagements for our US-based customers.

As the BPC, you will partner with customer HR, IT, and operations leaders to translate HR service delivery needs into well-designed processes and ServiceNow HRSD configurations. You will own requirements, process design, and adoption while working alongside our Technical Consultant who handles platform configuration and development.

Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery, requirements gathering, and process design workshops (remote) for ServiceNow HRSD implementations.
• - Map current-state HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, benefits, leave, transfers, etc.) and design future-state processes optimized for HRSD.
• - Configure and validate Lifecycle Events / Journeys, Employee Center topics, Case Management, Knowledge, and Document Templates from a business perspective.
• - Define HR service catalogs, SLAs, assignment rules, approvals, and case routing.
• - Drive organizational change management (OCM), training, and end-user enablement for customer HR teams.
• - Partner with the Technical Consultant to ensure requirements are translated into the right technical solution.
• - Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, test scripts, and lead UAT with customer stakeholders.
• - Provide best-practice advisory based on ServiceNow HRSD and broader HR operations experience.
• - Produce process documentation, SOPs, and training materials for go-live and post-go-live support.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in HR operations, HR transformation, or HR technology consulting, with 2+ years specifically on ServiceNow HRSD implementations.
• - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
• - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Human Resources (CIS-HR) strongly preferred.
• - Deep understanding of core HR processes (employee lifecycle, ER, benefits, leave, knowledge management).
• - Familiarity with major HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, ADP) and how they integrate with HRSD.
• - Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and written communication skills.
• - Experience leading change management and end-user training for HR technology rollouts.
• - Must be based in the United States and authorized to work in the US.

This is a 100% remote role supporting customer HRSD implementation projects across the US.
