About the job

#GreatMindsDon’tThinkAlike At Uber, we take pride in our diversity and working environment that sees
you as more than just a person that can do the job, but a unique individual that can level up our
organisation with a perspective only you can offer. Uber provides a truly open culture that encourages all to voice their thoughts!

About The Team:

The APAC Delivery Commercial Operations (DCO) team partners closely with Account Management,
Sales, and regional leadership to drive sustainable growth across Uber Eats in markets including Japan, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand, and Sri Lanka. We focus on how we grow with existing merchants, expanding portfolios, launching additional sites, and ensuring our GTM models are clear, scalable, and fit for local market realities. APAC is one of Uber’s most competitive and complex regions, requiring strong commercial judgment, data-led decision making, and tight alignment across markets.

About The Role:

This role defines how we grow with existing merchants, from segmentation and coverage models to
Expansion First Trips, portfolio growth, and long-term account value. You will operate as the regional
connective tissue between DCO, Account Management, and GTM leadership, bringing clarity to where we focus, how teams are structured, and how Expansion performance is measured and managed. This is a senior, high-autonomy role with direct exposure to regional executives and meaningful influence over APAC’s commercial direction.

Your Impact in Role:

● Define and evolve the regional GTM strategy for Account Management Expansion, including
merchant segmentation, archetypes, and coverage models.
● Lead quarterly and annual planning for Expansion GTM, translating regional priorities into targets,
resourcing assumptions, and execution plans.
● Build and standardise Expansion operating rhythms across APAC, including forecasting, pipeline
visibility, business reviews, and executive reporting.
● Provide support in developing and implementing business strategies, objectives, and plans to
enhance customer experience, improve satisfaction, and optimise organisational resources and
capabilities.
● Identify business and operational improvement opportunities through continuous improvement
initiatives and change management practices.
● Analyse and evaluate existing systems, processes, organisational structures, and business
capabilities to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
● Provide recommendations and practical solutions to address organisational and operational
challenges based on business analysis findings.
● Prepare and recommend process improvement proposals, including workflow enhancements,
procedure updates, and role realignments to support innovation and business improvement
initiatives.
● Deliver clear, executive-ready insights on Expansion performance, trade-offs, and growth
opportunities to regional and functional leadership.
● Partner with Sales Enablement, Analytics, Finance, Product, and local market leaders to improve
tooling, reporting, and execution of Expansion initiatives.
● Coach and develop strategists and analysts supporting Expansion GTM, setting high standards
for analytical rigor and strategic thinking.

The Experience You’ll Bring:

● Extensive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Strategy roles,
supporting senior sales leaders in high growth or matrixed environments
● Strong analytical skill set, including SQL and advanced Excel or Google Sheets, with experience
producing executive level performance reporting
● Proven ability to run forecasting, pipeline reviews, and sales cadences, and clearly communicate
insights to cross functional and executive stakeholders
● Experience operating across multiple markets, with strong project management skills and the
ability to influence without authority across diverse teams
