Since 2021, Bravo Capital and its affiliates have financed over $2 billion in real estate debt, with a strong focus on multifamily and healthcare properties. Our team is dynamic, innovative, and dedicated to structuring creative financing solutions that drive value for our clients.

You will:

1. Source new real estate debt opportunities
2. Build relationships with owners, developers, brokers, and capital partners
3. Drive outbound calls, follow-up, and market coverage
4. Work with underwriting and credit to move deals toward closing
5. Manage a disciplined pipeline and contribute directly to production goals

Qualifications:

• 1–4+ years in real estate, lending, brokerage, acquisitions, investment sales, capital markets, or another transaction-driven role
• Strong communication skills and professional presence
• Exceptional work ethic, follow-through, and strong desire to win
• Compensation
• Base salary: $75,000–$105,000, commensurate with experience
• Commission-based bonuses tied to deal origination and performance
