Redio modernizes health insurance claims adjudication with intelligent automation. We help insurers and TPAs replace manual, document-heavy workflows with faster, more accurate decisions at scale.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain scalable .NET web applications, APIs, and backend services
Develop responsive front-end applications using React or Angular with TypeScript
Leverage AI-assisted development tools like Claude, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot to accelerate engineering workflows
Write automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using Playwright and xUnit/NUnit
Design secure and high-performance systems following modern software engineering standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable insurance and healthcare products

Must-Have Skills

.NET Core / .NET 8+
ASP.NET MVC
React or Angular with TypeScript
MSSQL & Entity Framework Core
RESTful API development
AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar)
Automated testing (Playwright, xUnit/NUnit)

What We're Looking For

2–6 years of experience in .NET full-stack development
Strong understanding of scalable web application architecture
Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools in production workflows
Ability to critically review code for security, performance, and maintainability
Startup mindset with strong ownership and execution skills
Experience in insurance or healthcare domain is a plus
Fast learner who enjoys building modern software systems
