About the Role

We are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in custom theme development, plugin customization, website optimization, and responsive web design.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites and web applications.
• Create custom WordPress themes and plugins based on business requirements.
• Optimize website performance, speed, and SEO best practices.
• Ensure responsive and mobile-friendly website designs.
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external tools.
• Troubleshoot website issues, bugs, and security vulnerabilities.
• Manage website hosting, backups, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and marketing teams.
• Maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and website accessibility standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in WordPress development.
• Strong knowledge of PHP, WordPress CMS, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with custom theme and plugin development.
• Proficiency in page builders such as Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg.
• Experience with WooCommerce development and customization.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with Git/version control systems.
• Understanding of SEO principles and website performance optimization.
• Experience with website security and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
