This is a full-time, remote role for a Client Success Partner. You’ll be the main contact for our clients, helping them leverage i-Genie’s cutting-edge AI tools to enhance their consumer insights strategies. Your insights and expertise will drive their growth ambitions and foster long-term success.

• A proactive, can-do attitude with a knack for delivering results
• Account management experience as an external client partner with proven track record of client retention and expansion for large organizations.
• 8+ years of experience in consumer insights.
• Expertise in building lasting client relationships and offering exceptional service
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital research tools. Knowledge of Power BI would be a bonus.
• Ability to translate complex data into compelling, actionable insights with strong storytelling skills
• A passion for innovation, staying ahead of market trends, and bringing fresh ideas.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in account management with Fortune 500 companies. In their previous roles they would have experience in account-based marketing, target account selling or similar methodologies to engage large multi-nationals across all levels of client organizations.

The successful candidate will have exhibited proven success of high degree of client logo retention and revenue expansion.

This role is 100% remote, but there is a preference for in individual to be based in North America due to business need.
