About the Role

We’re looking for a Founder’s Associate Intern to work directly with the founding team across operations, client onboarding, product testing, and growth initiatives.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning quickly, and working in fast-paced startup environments.

You’ll gain firsthand exposure to how an AI startup operates — from user onboarding and workflow experimentation to product feedback loops and internal execution.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in onboarding and supporting new clients
• Test AI workflows and help identify improvements
• Coordinate with the founders on day-to-day operational tasks
• Conduct market, product, and competitor research
• Help document workflows, user feedback, and internal processes
• Support content, growth, or outreach initiatives when needed
• Work closely with the team to improve product experience

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Curious mindset with willingness to learn quickly
• Comfortable working independently in a startup environment
• Interest in AI, automation, startups, or technology
• Ability to think critically and solve problems proactively
• Prior experience with AI tools is a plus, but not required
