Full Stack Engineer (AI)

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer to join Humanity's core engineering team. You will help to design and build latest AI products , playing a key role across both frontend and backend, driving the product from concept through to delivery and continuous iteration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop and maintain both frontend interfaces and backend services
• Collaborate with product, design and blockchain teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Build high-performance, scalable RESTful APIs and microservice architectures
• Optimise frontend performance and ensure a consistent experience across platforms and browsers
• Contribute to system architecture decisions, tech stack selection and engineering best practices
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in peer code reviews
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical debt in production systems
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including requirement reviews, technical planning and sprint retrospectives

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of full stack development experience with a proven track record of end-to-end product delivery
• Strong proficiency in frontend technologies including React, TypeScript and Next.js
• Strong backend skills in Node.js, Python or Go with experience building RESTful or GraphQL APIs
• Solid knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB / Redis)
• Experience deploying on cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) with familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong system design capabilities and understanding of distributed systems principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with AI tools and hands-on experience using AI Agents

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with Web3, blockchain or decentralised application (DApp) development
• Understanding of zero-knowledge proofs (ZKP) or cryptographic fundamentals
• Smart contract development or auditing experience (Solidity / Rust)
• Experience architecting and optimising high-concurrency, high-availability systems
