Role Overview

• Position: Financial Advisor
• Experience: 2+ Years
• Qualification: Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) or FINRA Series 7 or FINRA Series 65 Required
• Focus: Prospect Demonstrations & Existing Client Advisory Support
• Style: Independent Advisor

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-impact product and service demonstrations for prospective clients, translating complex financial strategies into clear, actionable insights.
• Articulate the firm’s unique investment philosophy and planning approach to convert leads into long-term clients.
• Support the senior advisory team in managing existing client relationships, ensuring a high "white-glove" standard of service.
• Prepare and present comprehensive Financial Plans, covering retirement, tax strategies, estate planning, and risk management.
• Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and rebalancing discussions based on evolving client goals and market conditions.

Requirements

• Certification: Active CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) Series 7 or FINRA Series 65 designation is mandatory.
• Experience: Preferred 2+ years in a financial advisory or wealth management role.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of investment vehicles, tax laws, and insurance products.
• Communication: Exceptional presentation skills; you must be able to command a room (or a Zoom call) and simplify technical jargon for the average investor.
• Independence: Proven ability to work autonomously. We prefer candidates with an "independent advisor" mindset who take ownership of their book of work.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
