Technical Co-Founder (Data Architecture & Platform)

Role Description:
We need a hands-on technical co-founder who has built robust data products before, has strong opionions on data architecture and implementation, and knows how to set up and manage data infrastructure from day one. You will own the entire back-end, transforming messy, fragmented APIs into clean, reliable data ready for interpretation.

What you’ll do:
Own the Foundation: Architect, set up, and manage our core cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and data warehouse (Snowflake/BigQuery) from scratch.

Build the Pipelines: Write the ELT processes (Python, Fivetran, Airbyte) to pull in data from platforms like Meta, TikTok,Google, Salesforce, and Shopify.

Model the Data: Use dbt and advanced SQL to stitch user journeys together and build the core tables that define our business logic (e.g., ROAS, attribution).

Productize: Build the semantic layer so our AI agents and future ML models can seamlessly query the data.

Who you are

Proven Builder: You have experience setting up data foundations and building reliable data products from the ground up.

Domain Knowledge: You’ve worked with marketing and CRM data. You know how ad platform APIs behave and the complexities of B2B data stitching.

Pragmatic: You treat data engineering like software engineering—you rely on version control, CI/CD, and automated testing to keep things from breaking.

Tech Stack: Expert in SQL, Python, dbt, cloud warehouses, and orchestration tools (Airflow/Dagster/Prefect).

Location: Remote (UK, EU or IL)

Comp: Equity-Based (Co-Founder Stake)

Role : Founding Member / Executive

Note: This is a pre-seed, equity-based co-founder role for a significant shares/equities. You will own the technical and data vision for a platform aimed at the world's largest advertisers.
