Senior Interactive Designer

About REFORM COLLECTIVE:

• Reform Collective is a small team of award-winning digital designers and developers located south of Salt Lake City, UT in Saratoga Springs, UT. We're organized, transparent, and always strive to bring out the best in each other.
• We're a full-service agency tackling web, product, brand, 3D, and even print projects. Our specialty is end-to-end websites—and not your everyday ones.
• From first concept to final build, we handle all the details—design, development, and everything in between. Whether it's a brand-new product or a smarter evolution of what's already working, we craft digital experiences that are both seamless and intentional.

• You're a self-starter who can take ownership of projects from start to finish.
• You’re organized, communicate well and stick to timelines.
• You take your work seriously but not yourself too seriously.
• You crave variety and challenges, not a monotonous corporate job pushing pixels back and forth.
• You're detail-oriented, independent, and confident, yet eager to learn and grow.

What You’ll Need:

• A citizen of the **United States**, be located or willing to relocate to **a city within driving distance to Saratoga Springs, UT** and willing to work in-office 3 days a week (2 days being hybrid)
• 3+ years of experience in the digital design world
• A strong portfolio attached to your application
• Be comfortable talking to clients like they're your friends
• Can eloquently advocate for your designs while also being open to feedback
• Able to work on more than one project at a time
• Know all the current tools, we don't have to list them…
• Strong understanding of motion design and how/when to use it
• Able to lead and inspire your fellow team mates when leading a project
• BONUS: A related college degree, 3D, Video Editing, Copy Writing, Development Knowledge, and QA Experience

Your Journey at Reform:

FIRST WEEK

• Get trained on our internal tools
• Learn about our current client-base and project status
• Begin contributing to a project in a support role
• Get familiar with our culture, the team and the day-to-day rhythm.

FIRST MONTH

• Begin leading a project and begin effectively communicating to clients
• Become an expert in our project process
• Present your designs or website builds for team feedback
• Give feedback on designs or website builds

FIRST 3 MONTHS

• Solidify your place as a respected and essential member of the team
• Lead client calls and projects end-to-end
• Celebrate your progress with a team outing
