Senior Engineer - AdTech

AdTech experience is mandatory.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Golang Engineer with experience in high-performance backend systems and preferably AdTech/RTB infrastructure.

You will work on core components of our SSP and ad exchange platform, including:

• Bid routing
• DSP integrations
• OpenRTB services
• Analytics pipelines
• Distributed backend systems

Responsibilities

• Build scalable Golang services for RTB infrastructure
• Optimize latency-sensitive bid request flows
• Work on DSP and SSP integrations using OpenRTB
• Improve Redis-based routing systems
• Contribute to ClickHouse ingestion and analytics systems
• Build reliable backend services and APIs
• Debug production-scale distributed systems
• Write clean, maintainable, high-performance code

Required Skills

• OpenRTB / AdTech experience
• SSP/DSP/ad exchange background
• Extensive experience on performance optimization and concurrency
• Response Rate optimization experience
• Strong Golang backend development experience
• Experience with distributed systems and scalable backend architectures
• Experience with Redis and relational databases
• Familiarity with REST APIs and event-driven systems
