Job Title: Aptitude & Logical Reasoning Trainer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and analytical Aptitude Trainer to help learners master quantitative techniques and logical reasoning. Your goal is to simplify complex mathematical concepts and equip students with the shortcuts and strategies needed to excel in competitive exams and corporate recruitment drives.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging training on Quantitative Aptitude (Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry) and Logical Reasoning (Data Interpretation, Syllogisms, Puzzles).
Teach time-saving shortcuts, Vedic math techniques, and mental calculation strategies.
Design and conduct regular mock tests, timed drills, and diagnostic assessments to track student progress.

Simplify complex word problems into easy-to-understand logical steps.
Provide personalized feedback to students to help them overcome specific bottlenecks in speed or accuracy.

Stay updated with the latest exam patterns (CAT, GMAT, GRE, Banking, and Placement papers).

Required Skills:

Exceptional proficiency in Mathematics and Logical Reasoning.
Strong shortcut techniques and the ability to solve problems without relying solely on traditional formulas.
High analytical ability to break down multi-layered puzzles.
Excellent communication and the ability to keep a classroom motivated and focused.

Educational Qualification:

Master’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field (MBA with a strong quant background is also highly valued).

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven track record of high scores in competitive exams (e.g., 99+ percentile in CAT/GRE Quant).
Prior experience in test-prep coaching or campus recruitment training (CRT).
