We specialize in designing and manufacturing specialty, high-performance electronic cables, connectors, and assemblies, products that are trusted worldwide in critical military applications, including airplanes, helicopters, UAVs, and ground vehicles.

PIC Wire & Cable, Inc. is looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, leading high-impact projects that transform ideas into tangible results. Reporting to the Director of Engineering and Project Management, this role blends disciplined execution with collaborative leadership to empower teams and drive business growth through technological innovation.

Additional Responsibilities And Opportunities

• Lead complex, cross-functional projects from concept through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Oversee teams and external partners through effective leadership and accountability.
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules that align with company standards and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, AS, and ITAR quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project or program management within new product development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
