Recent advancements in underlying technology have finally made it possible for AI to impact clinical care in a meaningful way. Tempus' proprietary platform connects an entire ecosystem of real-world evidence to deliver real-time, actionable insights to physicians, providing critical information about the right treatments for the right patients, at the right time.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain timelines of key projects within the partnership pipeline

Partner with Tempus operations teams to ensure key tasks are coordinated and blockers are removed

Serve as a liaison for key delivery details of a given data partnership

Engage extensively with Program Leads and Partner Operations Managers to understand and ensure project needs are met

Continually develop and evolve project processes to ensure optimal efficiency

Report project statuses, quality metrics, and general feedback to team leadership

Work closely with engineering and product teams to create and enhance software and applications in support of internal operations and product delivery

Preferred Qualifications:

3-5 years project management experience working with large, highly integrated projects

Experience with user acceptance testing and in agile methodology environments

Proven track record of setting and achieving high personal standards of performance

Highly organized and systematic, superb attention to detail, and ability to complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy and an eye towards process improvement

Superior analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Desire to dig deep into data with an excellent attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast paced, highly iterative environment

Basic knowledge and experience in research and/or clinical data

Experience working with pharmaceutical companies or as part of a large-scale research projects

Experience working in Tableau or similar data visualization tools

Working knowledge of SQL

Agile or PMP certification an added bonus

$135,000-$165,000

The expected salary range above is applicable if the role is performed from Illinois and may vary for other locations (California, Colorado, New York). Actual salary may vary based on qualifications and experience. Tempus offers a full range of benefits, which may include incentive compensation, restricted stock units, medical and other benefits depending on the position.
