🚀 Startup Ops & Vendor Hustler - Help Us Build a Hardware Product from Scratch

We're building a consumer hardware product and need someone to own everything that happens after the idea - finding the right manufacturers, getting prototypes made, negotiating with vendors, and making sure things actually get done.

This is not a desk job.

What you'll own:
Find and onboard manufacturers, injection moulding units, PCB assembly vendors, and suppliers in Bangalore (and beyond)
Visit factories, build relationships, get quotes, and close deals
Drive prototyping from first sample to small batch production
Follow up relentlessly until things are in hand
Solve problems on the ground - not wait for someone to tell you how

You're a fit if:
You've dealt with vendors, factories, or suppliers before - and you're good at it
You're comfortable walking into a Peenya workshop and having a real conversation
You follow up without being told to
You've fixed something that was going wrong, not just flagged it
You thrive in early-stage chaos, not corporate process

Background doesn't have to be electronics - if you've sourced for D2C, FMCG, apparel, or any manufactured product, that counts. What matters is the hustle.
