Logistics Manager

Cesta Inc is looking for an experienced and organized Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire logistics process including procurement, transportation, inventory management, and distribution to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products. You will work closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to develop efficient logistics strategies that support the company’s objectives. This role requires strong leadership, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to analyze logistics data to improve operational processes. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage efficient logistics operations including shipping, warehousing, and inventory control.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods.
• Analyze and optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve service levels.
• Manage the logistics team by providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and related documentation.
• Implement and oversee compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to align logistics strategies with business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Logistics Manager or in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management, and logistics software.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage teams and complex operations.
• Ability to analyze data and implement improvements to logistics procedures.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Salary:
$123,000-$147,000 per year
