Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
• Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps to guide development efforts.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements through market research and stakeholder feedback.
• Analyze market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvements.
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and post-launch support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a tech-driven company.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure success.
