Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and execution-driven Marketing & Trade Show Specialist to support Beatbot’s brand growth and industry presence. This role will focus on developing effective marketing materials tailored to the pool industry, while owning the planning and execution of trade shows from start to finish. You will play a key role in elevating brand visibility and driving customer engagement through both marketing assets and in-person events.
Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and produce high-quality marketing materials (flyers, brochures, product sheets, digital assets, etc.)
• Apply industry knowledge to create compelling, customer-focused content that resonates with pool professionals and consumers
• Support product launches with tailored marketing collateral
• Manage all pre-show logistics, including booth design, shipping, vendor coordination, and marketing materials preparation
  
• Represent Beatbot at trade shows, engaging with dealers, distributors, and potential customers Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, event marketing, or trade show coordination
• Experience in the pool industry, home improvement, or consumer products is highly preferred
• Strong design sense (experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc. is a plus)
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours for trade shows and events
