Senior Full Stack Engineer

What you’ll do

1. Own full-stack feature development across frontend and backend systems.
2. Design data models, APIs, backend services, and user-facing product experiences.
3. Improve system reliability, monitoring, alerting, and production debugging workflows.
4. Help evolve an existing codebase through refactoring, performance improvements, and pragmatic architecture decisions.
5. Build clear and usable interfaces that help customers understand complex sales, product, and operational data.
6. Translate undocumented system knowledge into clear documentation, runbooks, and maintainable code.
7. Work closely with founders to turn business priorities into shipped product.
8. Use modern AI development tools such as Claude, Cursor, or similar tools to move faster without sacrificing quality.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience.
• Strong backend experience with meaningful frontend ownership.
• Experience shipping and owning production systems
• Experience designing and maintaining APIs
• Comfort working in cloud-based environments
• Strong debugging, monitoring, and reliability experience
• Ability to evaluate and improve an existing codebase
• Strong communication skills and high ownership
• Ability to work independently in an ambiguous, early-stage environment
• Care for clean, testable, maintainable code
• Interest in building practical products that solve real customer problems
